Plot synopsis: Episode 1

Britain has decided to give India her independence after 300 years of domination. The King of England and the Prime Minister has hired Lord Loius Mountbatten to disengage England from India in a safe, just, and amicable way. The problem looming before everyone is how to create a just government in a country with a myriad of religious factions. The Muslim faction is outnumbered 2 to 1 in the current Indian Congress and has sanctioned violence as a means of making their request for a safe haven heard.

Plot synopsis: Episode 2

Mountbatten is faced with resolving the tension between Muslims and Hindus AND writing a charter of Independence from Britain.

Choice 1: Give all of India for Jinnah to lead

Choice 2: Give Jinnah a small separate part of India.

Choice 3: Give a loose affiliation of Pakistan, Hindustan and 600 princely states dominion status under Britain

Choice 4: Slow down and quell the violence before independence
